I love the app a lot, after you get the hang of it, you can really follow through and the easy fitness plans and exercises were going very good at a good pace. The only thing i would recommend for the developers too add would be different voices made by real people and an added in "diary" so that we could track our progress and write how we've improved in excercises and maybe even a gallery where we could add our pics so we could see how far we have come in terms of our personal training

It took me a while to find the free exercises rather than making a plan to pay for. Once I found them, I was very pleased w/ the starting exercises. I like that there are descriptions written below each move/stretch for better clarification and more effective results. The free exercises still allow you to devise a plan & focus on areas you wish to improve on. They help you narrow down a set of exercises to follow until you reach your target weight or the event you need to be in shape for.

Good and free app (though there r ads) that can be somewhat customised to my exercise needs. Have been using this for 1 month. It has programme that you can follow, based on your needs (toning, strengthening or getting slim). You can also build up your own exercise regime based on the various exercise moves.
