Refund, Cancellations, and Substitutions Policy:
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted via US Postal service and include a copy of the original receipt.

• Registration cancellations post marked 60 days prior to the show will receive a 50% refund minus a $100 processing fee.
• Cancellation requests for refunds received after the deadline will not be considered.

If the event is canceled for any reason within 90 days prior to the event, attendee fees are nonrefundable.

Substitutions allowed prior to October-1-2024 with written authorization only. No substitutions after October-1-2024.

Any webserver or computer malfunction voids sale. This includes typographical errors. Pubcon is not responsible for electronic or registration errors.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing as market conditions dictate.

Photography, Audio & Video Recording: Pubcon sessions may be recorded in still, audio, and video formats by Pubcon. By your attendance, you give Pubcon Inc. permission to be photographed, recorded or videotaped. You agree that may use these images or recordings in sale or commercial promotion of the conference or related media.

Attendees may not audio or video record sessions during the event. Anyone caught doing so will be evicted from the event and attendance fees will not be refunded.
