Malcolm E. Beard
Malcolm Elmore Beard (February 21, 1919 – January 2, 2019) was an American politician. He was born in Moultrie, Georgia. A Republican from 1985 until his death. Before he was a Democrat. From 1978 to 1980, he was a member of the Florida House of Representatives. From 1980 to 1996, he was a member of the Florida Senate.
Beard died on January 2, 2019, in Tampa, Florida at the age of 99.[1]
