Roshni Nadar Malhotra (born 1980/1981) is an Indian businesswoman. She is the wealthiest woman in India and the chairperson of HCL Technologies.[1][2] She is the first woman to a publicly-listed IT company in India. In 2019, Nadar ranked 54th on the Forbes World's 100 Most Powerful Women list.[3][4]
