To begin, I'll just comment on the first sentence:

"The station, Tampines MRT Station (EW2/DT32) was an interchange station along East West MRT Line and the future Downtown MRT Line which is currently under construction."

Comments:

• The sentence should start with the name of the station, not with "The station".
• It says that this station was a station along the two named lines. That means that it used to be a station, but is not a station any more. The enwiki article says that it is still a station. Which is it?
• This sentence is pretty long for simple English. It should be divided into two or three sentences.
• There should be the word the before "East West MRT Line".
