drivers/rtc/rtc-ab8500.c: add second resolution to rtc driver
Android expects the RTC to have second resolution. On ab8540 cut2 RTC
block has a new register which allows setting seconds for wakeup alarms.
Existing registers (minutes hi, mid and low) have seen their offsets
changed. Here is the new mapping:
* AlarmSec (A) 0x22
* AlarmMinLow (M) from 0x8 to 0x23
* AlarmMinMid (M) from 0x9 to 0x24
* AlarmMinHigh (M) from 0xA to 0x25

rtc: rtc-ab8500: remove unnecessary platform_set_drvdata()
The driver core clears the driver data to NULL after device_release or
on probe failure, since commit 0998d063100 ("device-core: Ensure drvdata
= NULL when no driver is bound"). Thus, it is not needed to manually
clear the device driver data to NULL.

Drivers: rtc: remove __dev* attributes.
CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev*
markings need to be removed.
This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata,
__devinitconst, and __devexit from these drivers.
Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me
in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.

drivers/rtc/rtc-ab8500.c: Revoke Device Tree enablement
All AB8500 devices are now registered via MFD core, so Device Tree
capability is no longer required for probing. Here we pull the DT
match table to ensure we're no longer probed during Device Tree
start-up.

drivers/rtc/rtc-ab8500.c: ensure correct probing of the AB8500 RTC when Device Tree is enabled
Without this patch, if Device Tree is enabled the AB8500 RTC wouldn't get
probed at all, as there is no reference to it from platform code. This
patch ensures the driver is probed during normal DT start-up.

rtc/ab8500: add calibration attribute to AB8500 RTC
The rtc_calibration attribute allows user-space to get and set the
AB8500's RtcCalibration register. The AB8500 will then use the value in
this register to compensate for RTC drift every 60 seconds.

drivers/rtc/rtc-ab8500.c: change msleep() to usleep_range()
The resolution of msleep is related to HZ, so with HZ set to 100 any
msleep of less than 10ms will become ~10ms. This is not what we want.
Use the hrtimer-based usleep_range() and allow for some slack in the
non-critical path so we have more control of what is happening here.

mfd: Unify abx500 headers in mfd/abx500
This moves all the header files related to the abx500 family into
a common include directory below mfd. From now on we place any
subchip header in that directory. Headers previously in e.g.
<linux/mfd/ab8500/gpio.h> get prefixed and are now e.g.
<linux/mfd/abx500/ab8500-gpio.h>. The top-level abstract interface
remains in <linux/mfd/abx500.h>.

mfd: Align ab8500 with the abx500 interface
This patch makes the ab8500 mixed signal chip expose the same
interface for register access as the ab3100, ab3550 and ab5500 chip.
The ab8500_read() and ab8500_write() is removed and replaced with
abx500_get_register_interruptible() and
abx500_set_register_interruptible().
