Tracking

This section is for items that we want to track/discuss on a weekly basis.

  • OKR: reduce time spent developing user forms
    • Q1 time spent thus far: 2
    • Legal and Contracts moving to new tool to replace some BMO forms
    • Changes Legal made to their components have broken some of their forms

Administration

    • Survey going out
  • GSoC statement of work submitted
  • Outreachy
    • Two interested candidates
  • Determined we don't need to send email notification to inactive accounts

Development

  • ElasticSearch, bug 1184823
  • Emoji/utf8mb4, bug 1253535
  • We have a chunk of bugs on modal that we should prioritize and split up between Dylan and volunteers
    • Triage and add bmo-small keyword
    • Direct GSoC/Outreachy applications at these bugs

Operations

  • Cloud Ops migration
    • Asking for project management resources
    • Performance and component/version data gathering, bug 1339516
