The Seers are two fictional characters on the WB television series Charmed. Each Seer is a powerful upper-level demoness capable of seeing the future.
The Seer (Season 4)
The Book of Shadows describes The Seer as "An upper-level demon who has been around for thousands of years." Because she has the power to see the future, she is a top advisor to the Source of all Evil. The Seer has served multiple Sources, choosing to remain close to the ultimate power. She is a magical craftswoman and master at spells and tonics. As an upper-level demon, she can only be vanquished by a potion or a Power of Three spell.
Her power to see the future has gained her great respect in the Underworld. While she has served multiple Sources, her ultimate goal is to take power for herself. The Seer is also known to have worked with other demons, as well as exploiting others.
Her principal power is the ability to see the future. She can also possess someone else's body in order to tap into the person's powers and senses. She has the power to throw fireballs, but rarely uses it. Unlike most demons, she thinks killing is beneath her and only kills when she has to. She teleports by glistening, a variant form of shimmering that leaves a glowing contour of her body for a moment before it disappears.

The Seer is an EP by Finnish rock/classical soprano Tarja. It was limited to 1000 copies and is available only in the UK. It contains a brand new duet with Doro Pesch, remixes of tracks from My Winter Storm and live recordings. The EP was released by Spinefarm on December 1, 2008.

Plot
After leaving Harmony, Jacob is following the trail to find Delaney Carrow, a girl presumed dead. By homing in on her sounder, he meets Xander, an ex-mercenary for the Mixel corporation. Xander initially gives Jacob a hard time, but as the weeks pass, he warms to the kid he calls "blinder". Jacob, once again homing in on Delaney's sounder, discovers that Xander has it. When he confronts Xander (using a kitchen knife of all things) he discovers that Xander had given Delaney a ride, and left her on the doorsteps of Mixel. In desperation, Jacob begs Xander to take him to Melville, to see if he can find Delaney. Xander is against it at first, but he eventually caves in and takes him to Mixel tower, where they discover that Delaney has become a pop-star, and has also been changed; given artificial eyes so that she can see. But Delaney is not happy. In truth, she is a prisoner in Mixel tower, and Jacob hatches a plan with Xander to free her from Mixel.
