Canadian journalist, author and children's environmental education advocate, Andrea Koehle Jones, is dedicated to teaching children about the the wonders of nature. She donates 100% of her book profits to children's environmental education projects.

The award-winning documentary producer, former CBCNews journalist, cbc4kids producer and United Nations Climate Observer is also the founder of The ChariTree Foundation children's environmental education charity.

Andrea donates profits from her book sales to children's tree planting and environmental education projects across Canada and around the world.

Around the World and Back Again…

Andrea just returned from UN biodiversity meetings in Nairobi, visiting an orphanage in eastern Kenya that The ChariTree Foundation first partnered to support environmental education with in 2011, and attending the UNICEF Leading Minds think tank in Florence to discuss climate change solutions for kids.
