A well written book about a young man finding himself and his father when he takes an unexpected road trip.

I found the writing easy to follow and easy to understand. I think that most teenage boys will find the book telling and make them want to be closer to their families and fathers. The ending is a bit telltale and predictable. They never even resolve the reason for the road trip that the father pushes them into but I don't know if they need to.

Simply amazing. Life and death take center stage in this amazing adventure that pushes Miles to his limits and, in one case, past them. He retires forSimply amazing. He retires for a year and then comes back strong and makes a great name for himself with some amazing heroes that take on the big bads of the series and do so easily. It makes me think that an Ultimate Spider-Man would be something worth seeing on the big screen.
This collection from the comics is just amazing. I think that Bendis is one of the best writers of the modern comic era and that he really gets what SThis collection from the comics is just amazing. I think that Bendis is one of the best writers of the modern comic era and that he really gets what Spider-Man is about in both the Ultimate and normal universes. Bendis writes characters that really feel and suffer the pain that happens to them and you can feel the joy they have when they have a victory.
All the art in the books is amazing and seems to me to show real emotion and move the story along as well as help show off the way that people have specific moves when they get around.
I will say that I love this universe's Nick Fury as he is just cooler than the one in the normal universe though that one is pretty darn great as well, though there is just something about having a Fury based off of Samuel L. Jackson has to be cooler than the original.
I really was so happy to see Gwen Stacy happy and alive though not the same as the one our Peter Parker fell in love with it was still pretty awesome. I am really unsure about the idea of Spider-man and Shadowcat though they are the right age for each other and do have the right fighting style to get together and kick some serious tail.
Overall an amazing book that I would recommend to all my Marvel fan friends and grapic novel fans....more
