• Our Culture, Diversity & Inclusion (CD&I) efforts and investments extend beyond our workforce and include community involvement, partnerships, councils, coalition sponsorships, memberships and public policy actions. We recognize we must represent and advocate for the change we want to see in the broader industry to be credible and most impactful.

Additionally, we know working together makes us stronger. We partner to advocate for inclusive public policy, build career and leadership opportunities for diverse talent, support human rights and accessibility for all and increase our impact in the technology industry.

A feeling of community, belonging and purpose extends beyond the four walls of the workplace. We want our team members to give and volunteer for important causes to them and their communities. We make it easy for our team members to give back and maximize their impact, encouraging them to regularly volunteer.
