One thing I have found useful is feedback for as much as it is underestimated it is actually a driving factor within teams to continuously improve and do things the right ways. After official progress meetings on site with the professional team we give back meeting feedback to our team and highlight what has gone wrong as well as the positives, and possible ways to work better. The team always have the power to improve and do better going forward. In addition, feedback enhances positive engagement within team members from foremen to general works which in-turn improves workmanship on the project.
