2023 is already half over — and it appears that overall customer satisfaction is strong across the industry, for now. A QSR article noted that American customer satisfaction across all areas improved compared to last year, which corroborates Tattle's CER (Customer Experience Rating) trends (see chart below): 1. Restaurant guest satisfaction has been steadily rising across all operational categories since the end of 2022. 2. Even "value" — typically the lowest-ranking category in terms of satisfaction — is seeing improvement over time.
