I am implementing MediaWiki within my company. I would like to ask how to make the UI of Discussion/Talk page on each article to look like this (like this site I'm writing discussion on).

However, I do not recommend the use of it because the extension is no longer being developed (only occasional bug fixes). In particular, it suffers from scalability issues and has a buggy UI.

If you can wait a few months and you are willing to experiment, you can watch the progress of Flow, which is the project currently under development willing to fix that problem.
