    We provide our comprehensive support and maintenance services for the Network infrastructure of América Móvil in Peru, from the offices across the country to over 2,800 locations nationwide. A team of 200 professionals offer 7x42x365 corrective and maintenance support services, helping the client maintain the highest availability levels for its end users.

    We design and execute the global Fibre Optic Network Supervision solution of the Telefónica Group. This solution is used for the corrective and preventive maintenance of the fibre optic network, performing reflectometries, indicating the points with problems or other incidents in the fibre optic network with geolocation systems, supervising more than 45,000 km of fibre optic network.

    We ideate and implement the B2B solution for the creation of a single channel for all communications with any person/company around the world, using any standard protocol. To this end, we have implemented the e-billing system of Telefónica, combining fixed and mobile telephony services, with over 17 million customers, 6,000 million invoices stored and processing 920,000 documents per hour, achieving an impact in the reduction of paper consumption.

    We have transformed the different portals of the Online Channel of Vodafone Spain, creating a single, flexible channel that is adapted to the new market needs, increasing the levels of engagement and loyalty of private and corporate clients. We have achieved results: seven million customers, with 110 million pages served a month and 48 million transactions a month.
