Mullen Coughlin Welcomes New Advisory Compliance Associate
Mullen Coughlin LLC welcomed Associate James P. Bradley, Jr. to the Firm’s Devon, PA office in June, practicing in the Advisory Compliance practice area counseling organizations with pre-incident and proactive data privacy and information security services and solutions.
An experienced data privacy attorney, James is well-versed in over 400 international data privacy, information security and cloud computing laws and regulations from over 95 countries. Using his prior experience as the primary project manager facilitating cross-border data clearance for organizations around the world, James ensures that his clients are able to comply with various state, federal and international laws and regulations governing the handling of employee, client, customer and business partner data.
James received his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
