We're sorry your experience with the ULTRA servers was not totally up to your expectations.
Since the GPUs used in the ULTRA servers are from AMD, the ray tracing technology supported is also from AMD (not the Nvidia RTX technology most are used to). This means it is only applicable to games supporting this technology (the AMD version), and it is not all games, of course. We also openly claim we do not guarantee high-quality performance when enabling Ray Tracing in 4K@60 fps as not many games can bear it (that is, if they support it to begin with)
