Its nice of Ooni to give you a roach clip to use while making pizza. Its long and extendable so my wife can hold it and put it up to my mouth while I hold the peel and put the pizza in the oven.

Why not just use PVC instead and glue it? Could also use compression connectors or couplers (cut nipples in half) to make what you have work.

4000w timer switches - do they exist?

ToolTimeT
commented

Infratech makes a controller you can use to dim to any level you want... but its very expensive...  I would look for model they make with two heating elements that can be individually energized creating a high and a low setting unless money is no object... use 2 pole relays that can handle  amps of heater with a 120v coil and use 120v  timer switches  to control relays... my two cents

220/240 switch to control electric heater

ToolTimeT
commented

You need a timer switch to control a relay switch that can handle load of heaters...  So something like a 30 amp 240v rated relay switch with a 120v coil .

Every brand is different on how the dim or adjust... some allow switching of two heat elements to create low and high setting ... every dimmed electrical heater I have installed required heater manufacturers controls... and they aren't cheap.  Inquire about a model with dual heating elements you can independently control... will need a three wire to heater and two switches and two relays as mentioned
