Motivation
[edit]Folketinget, the Danish parliament, publishes documents, bills, vote results etc. from the legislative process in an open API. The data is richly decorated with metadata. This property is used to represent various actors, including members of parliament, ministries, ministers (the role, not the person), parliamentary groups, as well as private individuals and organisations who have somehow contributed to or participated in the work of the parliament. This property will allow consumers of the Folketinget data to enrich with additional data from Wikidata such as photographs, social media profiles, and other positions held.
