ISO 3166-2:TW

ISO 3166-2:TW是用來定義臺灣地理區碼的ISO標準。它是ISO 3166-2的子集，適用于“台灣，中國省份”。它包括了除金門和連江以外的中華民國的管轄地區。“台灣，中國省份”的名稱是來自中華人民共和國在臺灣的政治地位問題上面施加的壓力所成。

每個代碼由ISO 3166-1代表臺灣的代碼（TW）和一個三個字母的地區代碼組成，用連字號連接。

† These are centrally-administered municipalities not actually part of the ROC's Province of Taiwan. Since they were elevated after 1949 by the Kuomintang, the PRC considers them still to be part of the Province. They are nevertheless distinguished from the provincial municipalities of Taiwan.
