魯格·奥尔森·豪爾（荷蘭語：Rutger Oelsen Hauer，1944年1月23日—2019年7月19日），荷兰男演员、編劇和环保人士。較知名的是與哈里遜·福特共同主演的1982年科幻片《銀翼殺手》，在片中飾演Roy Batty，其中的雨中泪水独白成为科幻电影史上的经典[2][3]。
