please avoid conflating the ancient Arameaens and the 20th century Syriac Arameansim based on their homonymy. Aramaeans are notable to Aramaeanism, but Aramaeanism is not notable to the topic of the Aramaeans. --dab (𒁳) 12:33, 7 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

But it's okay doing it with modern Assyrians and ancient, Template:History_of_Assyrian_people? Your double standards and bias disgust me...The TriZ (talk) 13:07, 7 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

indeed it isn't. Help me clean up that one too, please. You will note how Aramaeans is listed alongside Assyrian Empire in the ancient history section of that template. The scope of this template is the ancient Aramaeans. The scope of Template:History_of_Assyrian_people happens to be the history of the Syriacs/Assyrians (any period). --dab (𒁳) 13:19, 7 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Reson

[edit]

The template links to Reson, which redirects to Aramaean kings, which doesn't mention Reson. Please fix it somewhere. trespassers william (talk) 17:42, 9 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
