I came across this while working on bug 119532 as part of bug 119051. /mailnews/local/public/nsIMailboxUrl.idl, line 99 -- const long ActionFetchPart = 6; /mailnews/news/public/nsINntpUrl.idl, line 70 -- const nsNewsAction ActionFetchPart = 9; I am aware of the fact that there is some namespace separation, but imo we should spend some effort to have constants relatively consistent.
