Mozilla mail should have the ability to dial to check for mail. While checking,
it should send mails written befor and hang up connection after finnishing. This
means that Mozilla mail should act more independantly. This required the ability
of sending emails queued.

I am really a broadband user, but this function may be useful for home workers when a mail server is behind a firewall and requires a specific VPN connection to establish a session to it.  It should work independently from the system's internet connection state.
