In the existing implementation of the Autodetect universal/specific language headers
and mail body are processed separately and combined later. As Naoki pointed out
it is too late to apply autodetect results from the body to the quoted combined
text. As a result when Autodetect is set to universal/language the body is quoted
correctly but the headers (subject and sender) are showing up as garbage and
always use a default.
