Steps to reproduce:

Open Thunderbird as 3rd party client to Yahoo

Actual results:

Message appeared. Some times, a new message comes into Inbox. Sometimes, messages go blank in Inbox.

Expected results:

New messages appear in Inbox along with existing messages. This happened for the first time after using Thunderbird for nearly 2 years.

#3 For Yahoo Accounts

If you are also getting “[CLIENTBUG] SELECT command is not valid in this state” response along with the Thunderbird error, then do the following:

Open the Account Settings and go to Server Settings.
Delete the @Yahoo.com.xx part of the username.
Disregard the popup that appears and restart Thunderbird.
