There is no known date of death for this artist. Normally, when this happens, we determine the copyright status by the works's date of creation with {{PD-old-assumed}} and, if the work has more than 120 years, assumption that the author died more than 70 years ago is applied. However, this painting, dated 1919 is too recent for assume the author has been died for more than 70 years ago without any evidence confirming that fact. So, per PCP, we have to assume the work is still copyrighted until evidence providing a valid death date for the author is given or, if it isn't given, until 120 years after creation had been passed in 2040. 83.61.231.21 13:49, 23 April 2023 (UTC)

Uploader is attempting to claim these as public domain under {{PD-DenmarkGov}} (Acts, administrative orders, legal decisions and similar official documents are not subject to copyright), but I'm doubtful that social media posts and web content would fall under "similar official documents". PD-DenmarkGov isn't as broad as USGov's work prepared by an officer or employee of the United States Government as part of that person’s official duties.

- The danish arcives which these fall under as they are property of the danish state are free use for media and or private people, there is just no direct "§" in danish law that deals with pictures posted by the state due to there never having been an issue with the use, the "§" is just the closest thing that exist about it that didtn even know about untill it was pointed out

- Found another part of danish copyright law § 2. Stk 3 says 1. if the picture is put up for sale it falls in to public domain 2. If it is displayed to the public it falls into public domain 3
- § 3 States that in these cases you are required to name the creator and that you are not allowed to modify them

[edit]Low quality amateuer porn. Uploader already got in 2018 the warning, that Commons is not an amateur porn site and not a private pictures web hoster, a lot of the images already were deleted. And now again. Also with a small hidden cam movie of a different woman than usual, so I think, we also have criminal behaviour here. The calender image also will be copyrighted. Images should become deleted, the user probably should be banned indefinitly.

According to the BBC link, the image is a 'Police Handout', which means its taken by the Illinois Police of Urbana-Champaign area (where the suspect committed the crime) and not by US Marshals. - @Liuxinyu970226 as I read the discussion (aided by Google Translate app), I cannot see any substantial discussion to change COM:FOP Taiwan other than assorted inputs, including some grievances against Wikimedia Commons and unrealistic suggestions: convincing Wikimedia Foundation to accept non-commercial licenses and to partner copyrighted sites like Associated Press to import their unfree photos here, attempt to change the Chinese name of Commons which is currently "维基共享资源", and most extreme, calling to shut Wikimedia Commons. Allowing unfree and non-commercial content is against Wikimedia's goal of upholding free culture content and convincing all national governments to be more open to free culture or commercial licenses. It is your choice if you want to change the Chinese name of Wikimedia Commons to something that mocks the site, but that won't affect the operations of the site. Shutting Commons down? Then let it be, so that all wikis will be like Britannica that only embeds images from Getty and other sites (some of their images are from Commons). But by doing that you are stirring up Wikimedia-wide chaos in which netizens and content creators from FOP countries – like Wikipedians from India, mainland China, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Israel, Australia, NZ, United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Türkiye, Canada, Mexico, Kenya, Nigeria, Angola, Peru, and Brazil – are deprived of one of their major sources of reusable media that can be reused for any purposes. - @JWilz12345 More than these, in that thread, there are also concerns regarding 1.Copyright status of Renminbi, aka Chinese Yuan (to which, I'm afraid that I also need to try gaining consensus via COM:VPC for this topic, or should I open a RFC?), 2.Suggesting low-traffic of participants ≠ unable to gain consensus, 3.Too hard to (or just unable to?) transfer millions (or even billions) of affected files to local wiki, 4.Low interests on maintaining local files, 5.Asking Commons to just list the affected files, and give WMTW somewhat long periods of grace, to allow WMTW on asking for free licenses (such as re-asking to clarify administrative interpretations, asking copyright holders to do licenses, or just modifying the legal codes), 6.Early-bird deletions made difficults in some handle ways, as the copyright holders are unable to know how the deleted files are like (believe me, not all of em are knowing DRV), they are likely unable to express their wills to free licenses, and are harmful to all the movements, 7.Multiple and random DRs, especially those made and supported by Teetrition, are resulting lack of entries on the deleted list, and results DRV difficults even after modifications of laws, 8. Concerning such behaviors that "Hey it matches the rules, so we can just use our choppers", 9.
