I don't think these logos are in the public domain as per the Indian copyright law, since I think the logo was adopted in 2011 by the All India Trinamool Congress government and works (even government ones) published prior to 1 January 1963 are considered public domain. --Sbb1413 (he) (talk • contribs) 06:25, 18 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
