[edit]This pic was taken from argonne's flickr gallery but it is courtesy Brookhaven laboratory, hence it is not their to release freely.
The source is here, and it is CC BY-NC-ND. Commercial use of this image is thus not allowed and it should be deleted. Bomazi (talk) 18:08, 12 June 2012 (UTC)

- You are right! I didn't notice. That doesn't change the fact that it is a Brookhaven pic, which makes the permission given by Argonne invalid. I too could publish a copyrighted pic on my flickr profile and mark it as free, that doesn't make it so. And as we know that Brookhaven pics are usually not PD, as their are contractors, not federal employees, the pic cannot stay unless we receive proper permission from Brookhaven.
