This file was initially tagged by Alinea as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: Chamberlain died 2011 Changed to a DR by request Ronhjones (Talk) 12:56, 3 August 2018 (UTC)
- The year of an artist's death, which was not long enough ago, is not sufficient evidence of copyright infringement in itself. So "copyvio" does not apply here even though the artist died in 2011. It is rather the case that the statue is PD in the U.S. and therefore also falls under FoP there ({{PD-US-no notice}}) since it was first published in the U.S. without visible copyright notice before 1978 where it is installed in a public exhibition since 1966. --Jotzet (talk) 14:52, 3 August 2018 (UTC)
