This is photo of identifiable minors. As noted in COM:CSCR#Japan, a consent is required for publishing the photo of identifiable persons even in public places. Although this photo was taken adjacent to the smiling subjects, it is unlikely that there is the consent of all the subjects to publish this photo on the internet. Additionally, this photo includes the name tags showing their full names, which should be considered as sensitive personal information. I believe this should be deleted.
