This pic was taken in Italy in WW2 or before. The museum cannot be the copyright holder, neither the uploader on Flickr can be the copyright holder. refer also to the other deletion requests on SDASM like in http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Deletion_requests/File:Fiat_cr_33_san_diego_air_and_space_museum.jpg. Request for admins: The complete stream of SDASM pics should be checked. JuergenKlueser (talk) 19:42, 24 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not the uploader of the photo (I was notified the deletion request just because I edited and re-uploaded the picture), so I'm not sure: however, I think the picture could well be under {{PD-Italy}}, couldn't it? --M.L.WattsAir Mail ✈ 20:30, 24 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I agree --JuergenKlueser (talk) 11:03, 25 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Should we wait for more opinions, or can we just change the copyright tag and close the DR? --M.L.WattsAir Mail ✈ 17:42, 25 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I think we could do so, but I do not know about the formal requirements for closing a DR --JuergenKlueser (talk) 08:02, 26 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
As far as I can argue from Commons:Deletion_requests#Instructions_for_administrators no special requirements are due for closing the DR; I'll wait some 24 hours more and then, unless relevant comments are made, I'll close it myself --M.L.WattsAir Mail ✈ 20:22, 26 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
