your opinions are asked : unused personal photo showing a group of identifiable men, i.e. seriously personality rights isusses and/or 'family album' content, as well as claimed 'own work' but missing EXIF data etc to verify, file not in use at Wikimedia projects, doubtful educational usefulness, hence out of scope Wikimedia Commons ? I believe it may be considered on scope for a group photo of motorcycle enthusiasts in India.-- Darwin Ahoy! 23:05, 2 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I'm with DarwIn here. Technically excellent photograph, certainly of cultural interest. I don't think there is a problem insofar as these people may not be individually identifiable, and insofar as they are individually identifiable, the only personality rights issues I'm aware of under Indian law would arise if this were used in a way that implied their endorsement (e.g. of a politician or product). As in the U.S., but unlike many European countries, there is certainly no law in India limiting the ability to publish photographs of people taken in public space. - Jmabel ! talk 04:57, 3 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Keep In scope of motorcycle enthusiasts in India and no personality rights priblem of a staged, posed and clear image of group posing with full knowledge of the image being taken. Tm (talk) 00:27, 21 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
