There is no evidence that this is an official WH photo. The photo is currently available at http://www.whitehouseusher.com/photos-1.html which states that these are from Emery's collection. And they can't be own work since Emery was in the photo, not behind the camera Gbawden (talk) 12:23, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Emery may have also collected those pictures for his book, but they do not belong to him. It states on the bottom of www.whitehouseusher.com/photos-1.html that they are not his. They are under the public domain because they are Official White House Photographs. Please see the following emails in reference to the photograph. The image is very clearly taken in the White House where only Official White House Photographs are permitted. Please remove the deletion request. Thsmi002 (talk) 13:39, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for contacting the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum Audiovisual Department.

The White House photos are public domain so you do not need to get permission to use them. The credit line should be to the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum.

If you needed digital copies of the photos, the cost would be $15.00 for a 5x7, 300 dpi, $20.00 for 8x10, 400 dpi, and $25.00 for any other size or resolution.

Please contact me if you have any other questions.

Best regards, Mary

As you were provided those prints by the White House you simply need to credit them "White House Photographs." Photographs taken by White House photographers fall into public domain, so are no further specific stipulations for publication.
