Most are likely copyright violations. On some its hard to determine whats depicted. Uploader suing me with legal threats - see User_talk:JuTa#ne_pas. Its seems he dont understand Commons:Overwriting existing files and Commons:Ownership of pages and files.

Files I own the copyrights and I want them deleted otherwise this is a clear copyrights volaion by the site and the whole issue has been sent to the legal department and also to my lawyer . As for Mr JuTa, he made a clear copyrights volaion by reverting the older versions of some photos which I have asked to be removed.. my own copyrights and I don't give that user JuTa any rights to revert the files.. I have fallen him NOT to revert other wise they should be deleted and he abused his power and reverted my work.. so because of JuTa attitude I don't give any permissions to the website to put my photos. And as for JuTa, I am suing him before court as well for copyrights volaion and abuse of my photos as well. I hope that is clear enough. DELETE THEM BECAUSE WE OWN THE COPYRIGHTS AND THAT GUY (JuTa) abused his power and destroyed our hard work, and we dont want our photos to be at the site anymore because we own the rights (ONLY US) and we are the only ones who decide which photo stay and which one go, we hope also to show some respect to the copyrights holder which at this case is friend and partner Ne.pas12, we need immediate action against that user (JuTa) for playing with pour work by reverting it and destroying our images quality this way. Iwant to add that we want to report Ju and there is a case before court has been filed today morning US TIME by our laywer in the statesm we asking the website for immdete susbend for that user for abusing his power and using our photos without our permissions OTHERWISE if he will not be suspended we will consider the site being complicit in that whole issue and the copyrights violation. thanks in advance — Preceding unsigned comment added by Astrid.Didier (talk • contribs) 21:01, 26 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Let me first introduce my self, my name is Jean-paul , French living in Egypt , i'm a dear friend of Ne.pas12, and I'm not a wikimedia user but i understand alot about it unlike my friend ne.pas12, as she told me from 2 minutes about that copyright thing and that she wants to revoke the copyrights, I explained to her just now that is not possable as the rule of wikimedia is clear once you give the copyright you cant revoke it , and for that reason she wasn't aware of that nor her nor Astrid, we are an agency and we are not that good at that wiki stuff, I only blame Mr Ju from Germany for not trying to explain that to her , so we apologize and we can give you the copyrights again and we are so sorry for the misunderstanding, as I advised Ne.pas while sitting beside me now to read that phrase on wikimedia A &Q ,

The short answer is "No". Free licenses are designed in such a way that once you release the work under them, you cannot later demand that people stop using that particular license to distribute the work. This is done to protect the users from putting their time and energy making what you upload better or developing something around that work, only to find out later than their work cannot be distributed at all because you have changed your mind. )))

Please, undelete all revisions of File:Omar Hanoune.jpg (hist • logs • abuse log) which were ineptly deleted by the sysop Sreejithk2000. The exact timing is important to assess whether the picture is now under free license. Incnis Mrsi (talk) 19:27, 2 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
