Comment while the first image is clearly two dimensional reproduction and derivative... this one is of the room and not necessarily any of the individual copyrighted images which makes it in a grey area which I can't decide about. gren 20:16, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
Deleted. The FOP-law of Germany does not include indoor photography, so the images would have to be in public domain for them to be allowed to be published that way. Looking at the motive (Mao Zedong in Pop-Art-style) the images are not old enough to be PD. Cecil (talk) 10:12, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
