Rationale

• Reason: following the thread at ANI, I've checked contributions of these two users and concluded that this is a nasty date-changing vandal. Joe the Red Bird has been confronted by an admin and then blocked for a day. Joe the Red Bird vanished, and a few days later, Joey the Tin came up with the same edits. Please check for other accounts and IPs. Materialscientist (talk) 06:08, 9 May 2012 (UTC)
