[edit]Reason: New sockpuppet have uploaded a fake version of the Philippine National Police seal (see File:Philippine National Police seal.png), which was previously done by the recent sock accounts Ryu1987 and Vega2023. - @Jameslwoodward: : You may also check the LTA entry and the SPI archive of longterm en.wiki vandal Brianmagallano as additional reference. Basically, Yuiyui2001, the IP address and most of the listed accounts in this RFC report was blocked in en.wiki as Brianmagallano sockpuppets. They just created a new account here since the IP range mentioned in this RFC report is blocked for three months (see 64.224.128.0/18). -WayKurat (talk) 16:23, 7 April 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Reason: WP:DUCK per user behavior. Both accounts have uploaded fake versions of Philippine National Police insignias, which was done previously by blocked sock User:TGRSupra2022. IP was seen removing the deletion requests of the images the mentioned accounts have uploaded. Please note that this vandal's behavior is very similar on what the longterm en.wiki vandal User:Brianmagallano has been doing for several years. [edit]Reason: Asked at Commons:Administrators'_noticeboard#User:TGRSupra2022 to file an RFCU here. TGRSupra2022 reuploaded an earlier sock's File:PNP PRO COR logo.png six minutes after Commons:Deletion requests/Files uploaded by Nissan2022 deleted it, along with several more apparently-hoax Philippine police logos.
Would also add that the following deletion requests are still open and over a month old, related to an earlier checkuser sock, with nobody arguing that they should be kept:
