Description
English: A territorial proposal by Muhammad Abdullah Hassan, leader of the Dervishes, in a 1908 letter to Harry Edward Spiller Cordeaux, Somaliland's colonial administrator. This proposal was important, as a year later, on 12th November 1909, the British acquiesced and withdrew from the aforementioned areas and moved towards the coast.

Source Self-made. I found the letter's info regarding the Dervishes' specified proposed frontier territories, namely Buuhoodle, Badwein, Jidbali and the Warsangeli-Isaaq borders on the secondary source: page 196, "Taariikhdii daraawiishta iyo Sayid Maxamad Cabdille Xasan, 1895-1920", an accessible entry can be found here; for the clan territory, I used File:Somalia tribes1977.jpg, this Markus Hoehne source and page 72 of "Peace in Somaliland: An Indigenous Approach to State-building" which describes Yubbe as a Warsangeli town adjacent to the Warsangeli-Isaaq border; I used an abstract outline for all localities after searching through Google Maps. The subsequent approximate longitudinal direction intimates at the locality of Las Galweyta, described as a clan border during the European exploration era in page 463 of First Footsteps in East Africa, Or, An Exploration of Harar, Volume 2.
