Rysuje się również tendencja do przedstawiania w złym świetle ukraińskiej emigracji. GPU kontroluje i wpływa na zeznania niekórych świadków. W procesie jako dowody wykorzystano materiały ze współpracy Ukraińców z Wojskiem Polskim.
