Description
English: At left Brig. Gen. David C. Hill, commander, Southwestern Division, accompanies Maj. Gen. Richard L. Stevens, U.S. Army deputy chief of engineers and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers deputy commanding general, during his meeting with city officials Tuesday on the Dallas Floodway Projects. Stevens is in Dallas for the Command Strategic Review at the Southwestern Division office.
