Exmo Señor

Por mi parte queda comunicada en esta Capital y Provincia de mi mando la Soberana resolución que previene el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto con anterioridad por el Gobierno provisorio en orden a que se cante la canción patriótica antes de empezar los espectáculos públicos; y lo aviso a Vuestra Excelencia en contestación a su superior oficio fecha de ayer.

Dios guíe a Vuestra Excelencia muchos años. Buenos Aires 16 de marzo de 1813.
