Description
English: Lightning strikes over the Presidential Palace, in Brasília. After the terrorist attacks of ISIS on different cities in France, Brazil expresses its sympathy by displaying the colors of the French flag on the Palácio da Alvorada. Nov 13, 2015.
Español: Un rayo cae sobre el palacio presidencial en Brasilia. Tras los atentados terroristas del ISIS en distintas ciudades de Francia, Brasil expresó su solidaridad proyectando los colores de la bandera francesa en el Palácio da Alvorada. 13 de noviembre de 2015.
