Description
English: no..this is the the river Iset (or its branch, that is routed through the city) in Ekaterinburg. Very nice place to hang out in the evening ineed. The construction in the background is the unfinished TV tower (now 200m, planned 400m), infamous for being popular with base divers and other fun sporty people, some of whom are no longer with us. The tower area is now closed for public.
