Description

A concrete post marks an abandoned road that now serves as a California riding and hiking trail. The spring is only 300 yards off trail and 80 ft lower in elevation. Trail signed - look for three foot high cement post, then follow the abandoned road downhill 0.2 miles (PCT turns right before post).* Cleaner water may be available from a brook 20 yards down abandoned Lost Valley Road.
