Stogie-T is a Tanzanian-born, South African hip-hop pioneer whose uncompromising lyricism aims to speak truth to power. The theme of World Intellectual Property Day 2022 was “IP and Youth innovating for a Better Future”. The event, hosted by WIPO and co-organized with IFPMA (International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers & Associations), in collaboration with Speak Up Africa and the Geneva Health Forum, invited award-winning young innovators for discussions on how IP rights can mobilize change and help advance science, innovation and business for improved health outcomes.
