Warning Wikipedia:No personal attacks

Hi. Please retrain from personal attacks. In the next time you will write something like "Just say you want to keep the image because you want to use it for propaganda" I'll ask admins to reduce your ability to continue doing so. In case you do not know some of the rules about when images should be deleted you may ask, but do not make personal attacks.
