• Fred J (talk) 14:13, 2 September 2008 (UTC) (I always hoped this policy would strike me, and I am glad it did. I have no use for administrative tools when I don't use them, and I have been almost inactive for the last half year or so. If I one day find that I again need the tools I will re-apply for them and likely (if the process works the way it did when I was active) will soon get them back. I bear no grudge and regret nothing about being one of the person responsible for the policy. Keep it going. To reduce administrative job though I suggest to make things more automatic, such as with the lists of admin and the note on userpages that this person is an admin, it could be made automatic, etc. -- I will continue to be active on Commons so you don't have to say bye-bye we'll miss you or anything; I am still here.) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Fred J (talk • contribs) 10:13, 2 September 2008 (UTC)
