Keep - If I'm not mistaken, then the renewal records are publicly accessible. Go find the renewal data for this image (and any you nominated in the past and intend to nominate in the future), and you'll be taken seriously. Comment No, it is wrong. Check the licensing information. [1] (read the context and content). "Must be cleared with" - means a copyright there. Production Stills (photos taken on the set of the film or TV show during the shooting) must be cleared with the studio and can cost anywhere between $150 and $500. Only older star headshots unrelated to movie are public domain. Production Stills follow the copyright status of the movie unless the film itself is listed as PD. Such cases should not be allowed in future. If dissatisfied, provide some kind of source of the counterargument. --Klodl (talk) 15:23, 7 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
