The game from which these screenshots were taken (w:Myst) was never published by Ubisoft and, as such, are not covered by {{Attribution-Ubisoft}}. These images will be uploaded to en.wikipedia and claimed individually under U.S. Fair Use copyright law for the articles in which they appear. — OranL (talk) 18:36, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

• Image:Realmyst screen.png is from a version (realMyst) that was published by Ubisoft as per the abovelinked article, so  Keep it. The others;  Delete - I dunno why they were tagged as Ubisoft when I transferred them (sorry!). —Giggy 23:36, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
  • Since it was published by Ubisoft, I retract my request for Image:Realmyst screen.png. I should have followed the trail a bit deeper... :) — OranL (talk) 04:33, 13 August 2008 (UTC)
    • I've left notes pointing to this DR on all the pages that used these images (since I felt bad for making people think they were free) so hopefully they can get uploaded as fair use if projects do that, before we delete them. —Giggy 13:45, 17 August 2008 (UTC)
    • The instances have been fixed on en.wp with the original versions restored and properly tagged, and I've left a note on de.wp. David Fuchs (talk) 14:13, 17 August 2008 (UTC)

•  Delete I'm still not convinced that Ubisoft has the rights to release all content of games developed by other companies under a free license, just because they had the publishing rights for some countries at some point of time. --Kam Solusar (talk) 16:35, 17 August 2008 (UTC)

  I agree about that. Plus it need to have proof that Ubisoft own something about Cyan Worlds work. If Ubisoft only have right to publish a game, they can't release a free content. It sometime hard to find informations, i dont check very well this game. Maybe this request is about all screenshot of Category:Myst. ~ bayo or talk 20:33, 17 August 2008 (UTC)
